Bill Burey is responsible for the day to day operational control of the business and the development and delivery of our strategic plans. He has been instrumental in building PDV’s data products, such as The Free DVD Club and the Free Book Club. He has worked in the direct marketing Industry since 1990 and been instrumental in helping to design and build some of the largest and profitable marketing databases in the country, including NDL International (Claritas), The Telegraph, News International and National Magazines.

An MBA graduate of the London Business School and an Honorary Lifetime Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, Tony led newspaper and magazine businesses until, in 1985, founding and managing lifestyle database company NDL International. On its sale to VNU in 1994, Tony joined the Board of Telegraph Publishing Limited as Development Director, six years later co-forming Coad Cole and Burey, a data business consultancy with clients such as News International, MUFC and General Motors. He was a founder of the DMA (UK), is a Governor of the Thames Valley University and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Troy Attwood is Sales Director responsible for all revenue and commercial interest of PDV, highly experienced in all areas of strategic data sales solutions over a many years across a multitude of vertical markets, including Finance, Motor, Publishing and Travel. Prior to joining PDV Troy was Head of Digital Data Partnerships at DLG where he has worked for 5 years, responsible for the positioning of strategic data partnerships for acquisition purposes throughout the business, he was also an instrumental part of the growth rate of sponsorship data collection within DLG. Throughout his career he has created many digital marketing solutions and built long term relations ships with clients such as Barclays, HBOS, IPC Media, Renault, and News International.

Gabriel Frederick is responsible for production of PDV’s lead-generation campaigns, display advertising, B2C emails and affiliate publishing. He is also oversees the customer support side of our B2C brands. He has over seven years of experience in advertising and graphic/web design in the UK and North America. Gabriel spent two years at one the Caribbean's largest advertising agencies, working with clients such as Cable and Wireless, Digicel, and Royal Caribbean Cruises. For 2 years he was web designer for The Pratt Institute - one of America's leading Art and Design universities. He has spent the last 2 years at PDV helping to build one of the UK's strongest email marketing and lead generation cores.

Ian Tucker is responsible for PDV's Information Technology. Ian began his career with Lloyds TSB working on various multimedia products before moving on to work at one of the top London web agencies, Traffic Interactive (latterly Proximity London), working with clients such as Emirates, TXU Energy & UCI Cinema. Ian has spent 15 years working in the IT sector, joining PDV back in 2001.

Jake Pilbeam is responsible for all marketing functions at PDV, including brand, products, customers and developing the portfolio of websites. Jake has over 10 years online marketing experience and joined PDV Ltd in 2007 from Netizen Digital. Before that, he was Marketing Manager at Thorogood Publishing and prior to that has worked for CMP and EMAP in B2B and B2C publishing, including working on the launch of both Internet Magazine and Information Week.
