Derick Hill is responsible for leading the Board and concentrates on developing PDV’s external profile and relationships. He was previously PDV’s Managing Director from launch until the end of 2007, when he became PDV’s Executive Chair. Derick was previously Marketing & Commercial Director for Moneyextra.com, a personal finance operation that IPO'd in 2000. He has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of marketing, particularly in financial services

 
 
 

Bill Burey is responsible for the day to day operational control of the business and the development and delivery of our strategic plans. He has been instrumental in building PDV’s data products, such as The Free DVD Club and the Free Book Club. He has worked in the direct marketing Industry since 1990 and been instrumental in helping to design and build some of the largest and profitable marketing databases in the country, including NDL International (Claritas), The Telegraph, News International and National Magazines.

 
 
 

An MBA graduate of the London Business School and an Honorary Lifetime Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing, Tony led newspaper and magazine businesses until, in 1985, founding and managing lifestyle database company NDL International. On its sale to VNU in 1994, Tony joined the Board of Telegraph Publishing Limited as Development Director, six years later co-forming Coad Cole and Burey, a data business consultancy with clients such as News International, MUFC and General Motors. He was a founder of the DMA (UK), is a Governor of the Thames Valley University and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

 
 
 

Robin Tudball is IT Director for PDV. Robin has worked as web developer and architect for too long and has been with PDV since 2001. Most recently he worked at one of the top London web agencies, Traffic Interactive. Overseeing the technical department as IT Director, clients included Eastern Energy, BT Cellnet, Pedigree and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

 
 
 

Susan Jones is Finance and Commercial Director for PDV. She qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and has subsequently spent 15 years in marketing services including corporate treasury at WPP Group plc and European Finance Director at the advertising agency, J Walter Thompson.

 
 
 

Chris Le May is Sales Director responsible for the revenue interests of PDV, managing aspects such as New Business Development, product enhancement and strategic partnerships. Chris has over 14 years experience in sales and commercial development across various industry sectors including Finance, Motor and Marketing. Prior to joining PDV Chris was Commercial Director at DMD, part of the Incepta Marketing Group. During his career he has created digital marketing solutions for and built long term relationships with clients such as House of Fraser, Volvo, The Royal Bank of Scotland, GWR Group, Rank and the BBC.

 
 
 

Bryn Morgan is responsible for all marketing functions at PDV, including the brand, products, customers and developing the portfolio of websites. Bryn has over 8 years online experience and joined PDV Ltd from WILink plc in 2006. Whilst at WILink, he was responsible for over 1,800 clients, 100 media partners and over 2 million customers. Before that, he was worked in the City for the Halifax’s Group Treasury & Wholesale Bank and for cahoot, the online-only bank. At cahoot, he was the Senior Marketing Manager responsible for brand development, media, creative and operations.
