A lucky Thetford man will become a millionaire for a weekend after landing the first accumulator win in an Internet lottery.

Bob Barker, of Highlands, was thrilled to discover he had won the chance to taste the champagne lifestyle after entering on the online lottery called The Daily Draw.

Although they missed out on the £1 million top prize he and his wife Christine can now claim a weekend break at an exclusive country hotel of their choice.

"It is all expenses paid," said Bob. "We get £250 spending money and the use of a Ferrari.

"I'm really pleased, I couldn't believe my luck when I read the email. I had to print it out to make sure it was real."

The Daily Draw is a lottery with real balls, drawn daily at 4pm. Players simply log on at www.TheDailyDraw.com and choose six numbers to be in with a chance of winning £1 million.

If a player matches any six individual numbers in a month, they are put forward for the prize draw for the millionaire lifestyle weekend.

"I'm very happy," said Bob. "I'm sure I'll log on more once I find out how the other half lives."
