PDV Plans Data Capture Sites

Precision Data Ventures, a new permission-based marketing company, is planning to launch a series of consumer facing sites to help it cash in on captured data.

Said Derick Hill (former marketing director of Moneyextra.com), the Daily Draw, which gives users a chance to win £1m by picking six numbers for a lottery, will help PDV build up targeted profiles for its users.

"We can offer advertisers our profiled user base, which has been broken down into geographic sectors, demographic and even what their interests are," he said.
